What we collect and why

• Contact form: name, email, phone number and your message. We use it to answer your enquiry and, if relevant, to follow up with an offer. Legal basis: your request and our legitimate interest in responding (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
• Newsletter: your email address. We use it to send news about products and releases. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
• Website usage: technical data and usage statistics collected through cookies, but only for the categories you accept in the cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy.

Who we share data with

We use a small number of processors to run the website and handle enquiries, under data processing agreements: our web agency Volenta ApS (website, hosting and lead handling), Cloudflare (hosting and security) and Google (Tag Manager and, with your consent, analytics and advertising measurement).

Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by the EU Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries: as long as needed to handle the dialogue, and no longer than 3 years after our last contact, unless a customer relationship requires longer retention (for example under the Danish Bookkeeping Act).
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
• Cookies: see the lifetime of each cookie in the Cookie Policy.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within one month.
